Access Plastics Ltd trading as Goldstar Plastics reserves the right to cancel any order made through the Goldstar Plastics online store. All descriptions, prices, stock availability, or other product-related details are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed to be accurate. Goldstar Plastics may cancel any transaction or order at any stage prior to delivery. Where applicable, a full refund will be issued.

Making a Purchase

Shopping with us is easy. Browse our store and add any products you wish to purchase to your cart. When you're ready, proceed to checkout and enter your details so we can process your order.

We accept major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal.

If there is a change in price, we will always contact you first to confirm that the new price is acceptable.

Cut To Size Service

We provide a free cut-to-size service for plastic sheets, limited to straight cuts in square or rectangular shapes only. This service is designed for standard usage to help customers easily manage sheet sizes for typical projects.

Please note:

• Excessive cutting or highly customised requirements may be subject to an additional charge.
• For shapes other than straight cuts, our in-house plastic fabrication team can provide quotes for custom jobs.

Sheet sizes on our website are used for pricing guidance. Some sheets are cut from larger master sizes. Please allow time for cutting and preparation prior to dispatch.

Standard Usage Policy

All products and services provided by Goldstar Plastics are offered under a normal usage policy. This includes general-purpose cutting, handling, and fabrication expected within the scope of our standard offering.

If your request or order falls outside this remit (such as custom fabrication, high volumes of cutting, non-standard formats, or additional work), this will be determined by Goldstar Plastics. You will be informed of any additional charges or lead times before work proceeds.

If you have a special or detailed requirement, we recommend contacting our sales team prior to placing your order.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship throughout the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and location.

Collection from our premises is also available free of charge during business hours:

• Mon–Thurs: 9am–4pm
• Fri: 9am–3pm

We will notify you once your order is ready for collection.

If delivery is not possible with our own fleet, we will attempt to arrange courier delivery. Please be aware that some remote locations (e.g., parts of Kerry, West Cork, Mayo, or Donegal) may not be serviceable. Contact us before ordering to confirm delivery availability.

Wherever possible, please check your goods before signing the delivery note.
If damage is visible, sign as "DAMAGED".
If you cannot examine the goods, "UNCHECKED" is acceptable.
"UNEXAMINED" is not acceptable and may void your right to claim.

Delivery Schedule

We aim to deliver all orders within 5 to 7 business days.

Back Orders

If an item is out of stock, we will backorder it and notify you. You’ll have the option to cancel the order if you prefer not to wait.

VAT / Tax

Prices displayed do not include VAT. Applicable tax will be added at checkout prior to payment.

Returns & Replacements

Refunds are offered at the discretion of Goldstar Plastics.
Any shortages or damage must be reported in writing within 7 days of receipt. Claims made outside this period may not be accepted.

Returns are governed by the EU Distance Selling Directive. A restocking fee may apply where necessary.

Privacy & Security

Payments are encrypted and processed securely via our payment gateway partners. We do not store credit card details and do not share buyer information with third parties, except as necessary to fulfil your order.

Cookies are used to improve functionality and user experience on our website. You can disable cookies in your browser, but doing so may limit site functionality.
